20" A darling doll from one of America's most beloved wooden toy makers, this little girl has a wonderful all-wood jointed body, in excellent condition (embossed on her back: SCHOENHUT DOLL / PAT. JAN. 17, '11, U.S.A. / & FOREIGN COUNTRIES). Her paint and finish are very nice. She obviously has been very well cared for. She has her original mohair wig. Her slip, panties, and socks also appear to be original. Her shoes, which are of the same vintage, are probably replacements, since the shoes which would have been original to her would have holes in the soles to attach to her stand (which, unfortunately I do not have). I have dressed her in a new chambray school dress. $750.00
